A business sale or major change
Before a new adviser discusses products, make clear what is changing: a possible exit, capital needs, future location and the other professionals already involved.
The right conversation, personally introduced
Bring your business, international assets and family priorities into one useful brief. We help you identify the advice you need and arrange a relevant introduction, with provider suitability checked for your circumstances.

Where we can help
Before a new adviser discusses products, make clear what is changing: a possible exit, capital needs, future location and the other professionals already involved.
Prepare a coherent brief about residence, existing arrangements, access to funds and family priorities. Identify which country permissions and specialist tax questions need checking.
Bring wealth advisers and lawyers into the right conversation about responsibilities and continuity. Legal documents, tax advice and investment recommendations remain with the relevant professionals.
Our role is to prepare the brief, arrange suitable introductions and coordinate the conversation. We do not manage portfolios, hold client money or provide regulated investment advice.
Choose the right scope of workBring together your priorities, existing advisers and the questions you want answered. You may want a conversation about retirement, international assets or family planning. We help make the first meeting focused and useful.
The adviser needs to fit your situation, location and scope. NEBA Wealth is one existing contact; it is not a default recommendation for every client. We agree what to share, then confirm the relevant provider entity and its ability to serve you before an introduction.
The provider agrees its own scope, charges and suitability process directly with you. Commonwealth X introduces and coordinates; it does not manage portfolios, hold client money or provide regulated investment advice through this service.
Some introductions may involve a referral fee. Any arrangement, who pays it and its effect on your costs will be disclosed before you proceed. Referral terms with NEBA have not yet been agreed for this service.
Understand the existing contacts and how an introduction works.
